近日,河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院動物免疫學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室周川杰、劉運(yùn)超等在國際知名期刊Journal of Virology發(fā)表了題為“HSPA5 promotes attachment and internalization of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus through interaction with the Spike protein and the endo-/lysosomal pathway”的研究論文。該研究揭示了70kDa熱休克蛋白5(Heat shock protein family A member 5,HSPA5)作為豬流行性腹瀉病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, PEDV)刺突蛋白(spike,S)的宿主因子,參與病毒的附著、內(nèi)化和內(nèi)體/溶酶體途徑。
